Peltier's Market is one of our nation's oldest country stores nestled in a quaint New England village. With its crisp, white clapboard walls, pitched roof, and dark green shutters, it's hard not to think of it as some sort of museum. Peltier's has supplied Dorset residents and visitors with necessities and frivolities since 1816.
So, come on by ... hear the bell on the front door, and the creek of the old wooden floor. Notice a hint of just- baked bread, or freshly-ground coffee. Experience a "Pure Vermont" tradition.
Rated "Best of the Best Country Stores" by Vermont Magazine, 1998.
